I was looking forward to hosting EGC’s urban ministry party and fundraiser at Florian Hall on April 4th, but as you know, the party is one of many events that has been cancelled due to the current Coronavirus crisis.

This is an extraordinary time, and we are all working (many from home, some from the frontlines) to understand how to address the challenges that are before us. For EGC, this means our team has begun reaching out to church and Christian leaders to listen to their concerns, connect them to resources, and discern how we can work together for fruitful, aligned engagement.  Our prayer is that churches and leaders will respond well to support each other and love and serve those who are in need around us, especially those who are most vulnerable. Instead of hosting an in-person or virtual event on April 4th, I hope that we will be able to invite you to an Open House in our new space in June, and that we can do our silent auction then as well. In the meantime, I pray that the Lord will bless you, keep you, and lead you.
