All are invited to the 51st Anniversary Fundraising Dinner of Cooperative Metropolitan Ministries (CMM), featuring world-renowned peace-maker Fr. Leonel Narváez of Bogota, Colombia, speaking on: “Building a Culture of Forgiveness, Reconciliation and Restorative Justice.” Fr Leonel Narváez Gómez worked for 10 years in East Africa and 10 years in Caguan and Putumayo, where he participated in the negotiations with the FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia). CMM Awards will be presented to Rabbi Moshe Waldoks, Rev. Dr. James Antal, Ms. Salma Kazmi, and First Congregational Church in Cambridge.

This event will take place on May 10th, from 6:00 – 9:00pm at Temple Ohabei Shalom, 1187 Beacon Street, Brookline (Green C-line, Kent St. Stop). There is ample on-street parking.
