As we are often currently reminded of how Black Lives Matter, and how we ought to stay woke during the seemingly endless stream of school shootings and political and ideological differences, Joy Ike reminds us of “The spiritual mystery of life and the ever-present Spirit of God that embraces us in our most helpless state.” Her intimate style and delivery invite us to enjoy experiences of beauty and peace – through uplifting sounds of soothing harmony.
