Hello! I’m seeking a clean, responsible female subletter for May 1–August 31 (some flexibility) for a large private bedroom in a Somerville 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom with a spacious eat-in kitchen (1st floor of a duplex house). The available bedroom and its closet are pictured. Rent is $992/month per person. Utilities + WiFi will average about $50/month. Craigslist listing: https://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/sub/d/somerville-furnished-private-room/7082892602.html
**Located about a 10-minute walk from both Davis Sq. and Porter Sq., off the red line
**Excellent location, very safe and close to grocery stores and public transit
**Free private parking spot
**Free washer and dryer in the basement
**Window A/C unit for the bedroom
**Fully furnished home—you could even have my bed if you want it. I’d just ask $20 for one of the lamps in my room if you’d like to keep it.
ROOMMATES: The other two roommates are very friendly, kind, and clean Christian 25-year-old professional women. They occupy the two other bedrooms.
Non-smoking. The landlord does not allow pets.
I accepted a job offer in another city and need to move before the lease is up. Our upstairs neighbors are friendly and have never thrown any wild parties or anything like that. We share the basement washer and dryer with them.
The landlord has been very nice and responsive to any maintenance requests. The toilet is brand new. The landlord requires subletters to fill out an application and sign a subletter agreement (available on request if you’d like to check those out).February 26, 2020 at 3:18 pm #16242CelinaGuest
