    Clean spacious unit with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. In unit laundry machines. Central A/C and gas heat. Near Boston College and the MBTA Green line station. Available for a one year lease, but ideally looking for a long term tenant. Great landlord.

    Hello there, just wondering is this in a building with other units, in a house, or some other type of building? Is it on the top floor of the building? How much is the rent per month?
