UniteBoston Neighborhood Dinner: Cambridge
November 17 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pmFree
Join for a neighborhood dinner in Cambridge on Saturday November 17 at 6pm, hosted by Kiki Densamo from the Hope Fellowship Church.
The goal for the dinners is to build relationships and to let our relationships inform our shared mission of revealing Jesus’ love within our communities. At this neighborhood dinner, we will be considering the parable of the Good Samaritan and how to love our immigrant neighbors. Kiki will be sharing a short documentary of an Ethiopian Christian immigrant who is in the midst of struggle in the US. Our conversation will seek to welcome all perspectives as we discuss: What is a faithful Christian response to immigrants residing in the United States? How can we show hospitality toward immigrants here locally in Cambridge?
All are welcome, and if you live in the Cambridge area, you’re especially invited to attend! This is a potluck-style dinner, so please bring your favorite side dish, drink or dessert. RSVP via email to Kelly at email@example.com and she will give you the details with the specific address and food sign-up link.
At 8:00pm, we will also be going to the OAK Season III Album Concert down the street, with a variety of local Christian artists!
