Pick and Stick: Neighborhood-based Community Development

March 16, 2019 from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

$10

“Good ideas” are as common as easy chairs.

Functioning models, that are actually changing individual lives and neighborhoods? Much harder to find.

Join us to hear Cynthia Wallace tell about God at work in the Homewood neighborhood of Pittsburgh, and here in Boston.

Ordinary people took basic steps and made a difference. You can too.

Registration is $10 and includes lunch.

In order to reserve your spot, please RSVP by March 13.

Cynthia M. Wallace, Ed.D. is the Executive Pastor of Bible Center Church in Pittsburgh, PA, and the Executive Director of The Oasis Project, the community and economic development division of Bible Center Church. She recently joined the national faculty for Made to Flourish, equipping pastors to help their congregations understand God’s perspective on economics and the connection between faith and work. Cynthia has been married for more than thirty years and is the mother of four adult children.
