Greetings Body of Christ!
I pray that you all are well and enjoying this beautiful Spring day in New England.
Over the past few weeks, I have felt a heaviness and press in my heart and spirit from the overwhelming feeling of hopelessness and despair that is currently holding many of us in Greater Boston and nationally captive while trying to navigate this COVID-19 Pandemic. I was stirred with inspiration through the Holy Spirit to mobilize the Body of Christ of Greater Boston and our region to serve or continue to serve as salt and light, bringing hope to the people through Acts of Random Care (while maintaining social distancing).
I would like to ask 100+ churches, ministries and individuals throughout the region to join us in mobilizing your networks and church community to commit to showing love to our neighbors while sharing our testimonies via social media — so that we all are reminded that the Church is still on the move during COVID-19 through LOVE UP & OUT , Sunday May 24 – Sunday, July 26th. I am excited to be in partnership with Greater Things for Greater Boston and UniteBoston as Lead Partners for this initiative — please join us!
