Workshop: Essential Tools for Religious, Community, and Non-Profit Leaders, from Essential Partners

Faith, community, and nonprofit leaders alike face the challenges of working with internal and external community members in a mission-driven context. Purposeful organizations can become hobbled when differences arise around identities, values, and visions. They can erupt, causing incredible harm, or lie unaddressed in stagnation.

This virtual workshop will introduce participants to the basics of Essential Partners’ approach, Reflective Structured Dialogue (RSD). Used externally, our approach deepens community relationships so you can work together in ways that advance your values or mission. Within your institution, our approach builds the capacity to live out your values while naming, celebrating, and productively engaging the differences that do exist. It also fosters robust, aware leadership groups that work joyously and effectively together.
