Forest Hills Covenant Church is a multi-ethnic, intergenerational, and Christ-centered church in Boston, a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church and recipient of the East Coast Conference MOVE Award.

 We are seeking two music ministers to lead our congregation in dynamic and authentic worship that reflects the variety of the “heart music” of our people including hymns, gospel, and contemporary worship music.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates for both positions will love Jesus deeply and will lead music in thoughtful blended worship.  Successful candidates will be passionate about worship and ministry, and will have strong experience in and being willing to work as a team with pastoral staff and volunteers.  They will also have strong Christian commitment in keeping with the Covenant Affirmations (www.bostoncov.org/aboutourfaith). While this position is a lay position, as a ministry leader, adherence to Ethical Guidelines for Covenant Ministers (www.covchurch.org/resources/ethical-principles) is expected.
